Terms & Conditions

PETS ARE ACCEPTED FOR GROOMING UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.

1. Pet is healthy. Any health issues should be discussed with groomer at drop off.

2. Pet is current on RABIES vaccinations or puppy shots. This is required by the state of Georgia.

​

3. Authorization to contact Vet in the event of injury or health concern. You will be notified.

​

4. Additional fee will be added for pets with fleas or ticks. You will be notified before treatment.

​

5. Additional fee will be added for poor coat condition or behavior challenges.

​

6. Matting on pets MUST be removed. Sometimes shaving is the best option for the pet. Both options will be discussed prior to either service.

7. Due to limited kennel space, we ask you pick your pet up in a timely fashion. Keep us informed if you need a later pick up time.

​For the safety of our groomers, we reserve the right to refuse service.

Grooming Process

We aim to complete grooming within 4 hours but delays may occur. Excessive phone calls can slow the process.

Vaccinations

Dogs over 4 months must have a current rabies vaccination document (tags not accepted).

​

Pick-Ups

Completion times are estimates; owners will be notified when pets are ready.

​

Cancellations & No-Shows

Repeated no-shows/late cancellations may require pre-payment.

Senior & Special Needs Pets

Senior/medically fragile pets are groomed for comfort.

​

Puppies

Must complete parvo/distemper vaccine series (12-14 weeks old).

Puppy packages help ease them into full grooming.
